Arrested: Raymond H. Stull, 43, 312 West Main St., Cadiz, probation violation (Harrison County).

Arrested: Jayson R. Noble, 19, no fixed address, probation violation, Thursday.

Steubenville police

Arrested: Amanda D. Burger, 43, 120 West Boulevard, Mingo Junction, petty theft, Thursday. Burger allegedly took nearly $200 in merchandise from a store where she worked without paying, police said.

Arrested: Chris Delong, 30, 801 East St., Irondale, petty theft, Thursday.

Arrested: Chanci Callahan, 21, 213 Wilma Ave., Steubenville, petty theft, Thursday. Callahan allegedly pocketed $60 in change a customer forgot to remove from a self-checkout station, police reported.

Arrested: Ricky Sinsel, 32, 216 Beech Road, Weirton, petty theft, Thursday. Sinsel allegedly had baseball caps valued at nearly $200 from a mall store when he was taken into custody, police reported.

Arrested: Mark Blancato, 42, 28 Township Road 281, Lot 12, Steubenville, possession of heroin, possession of drugs and failure to appear, Thursday.

Arrested: Amber R. Long, 34, 1441 Maryland Ave., Steubenville, bench warrant, Thursday.

Cited: Derick A. Walker, 27, 2920 Whitehaven Boulevard, Steubenville, driving under suspension and fictitious plates; Ashley E. Summers, 37, 217 Fairview St., Weirton, no registration light.

Trashed: A Pine Street resident said a neighbor has taken her city trash can on three occasions and spray painted her street numbers on it, Thursday. Officers checked the serial number and determined the can in question did belong to the Pine Street resident. Other resident notified of her error.

Stolen: Rocking chair stolen from a porch in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue, Thursday.

Bothered: A woman in the 500 block of S. Fifth Street said she’s being harassed and threatened by a subject known to her, Thursday.
