Fraud: A man in the 700 block of Market Street told police he discovered his bank card missing after a female visitor left, Thursday. The man told police $150 was withdrawn from his savings and $60 from his checking account.

Trashy: Police reported trash overflowing bins in the 1200 block of Arlington, with cardboard boxes, bags of trash and household debris scattered in the yard, and also at a residence on Pittsburgh Street, where police spotted a couch and other outdoor furniture on the porch, along with cardboard boxes and litter in the yard. Notices of violation were mailed to both property owners.
