Arrested: Matthew Joseph Alietta, 25, 1247 County Road 41, Richmond, failure to appear, Tuesday.
Nuisance: A Toronto residence said mini-bike riders are trespassing on his property, Tuesday, The owner said several trees on the property are dead or dying and he’s concerned one will fall on a rider. He also said the property is posted and he’s shown the riders where his property line is. Video footage clearly shows the riders’ face, deputies said.
Unruly: A Richmond mother said her 14-year-old child pushed her to the ground and struck her face with an open hand, Tuesday
Thieving: A Toronto resident reported a family member removed numerous items from a property he planned to rent out, Tuesday. Machetes, Bowie knives, bayonets, a metal detector, ammunition, shotgun powder and primers were among items recovered, though two gallons of black powder and six .50 caliber reloading dies were among items still missing. Deputies said the owner plans to press charges.
Spat: A Smithfield Township couple argued over what to have for dinner, Tuesday. The woman told deputies when she gathered her belongings to leave, her husband began taking them away from her, while the husband said she began hitting him when he tried to keep her from taking his identifying information, so he left the residence. He said he returned when she sent him a text message telling him “the cops are coming.”
Missing: A Toronto resident says a firearm was missing from his safe, Tuesday. The missing gun was a .45 caliber Springfield Armory model.

Arrested: Kristopher Edgar Rome, 26, and Jenna Renee Ross, 24, both of 124 Madison Ave., Mingo Junction, domestic violence, Tuesday.
Entered: A basement door window to a home in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue was broken, Tuesday. No other damage noted.
Drugged: Emergency personnel said a woman found in the 400 block of Union Avenue appeared to be an overdose, Tuesday. While the woman did not require Narcan, they said she admitted snorting heroin.
