Brooke County sheriff

Arrested: Jennifer L. Banner, 41, 109 Paige Court, Weirton, driving while license revoked for driving under the influence, Aug. 27.

Arrested: Robert L. Boyd II, 47, 46 Joe Goss St., Colliers, battery on an officer, Friday.

Arrested: Mark A. Galiano, 45, 373 Putney Ridge, Colliers, domestic assault, Friday.

Jefferson County sheriff

Sign taken: A Richmond resident told deputies her political flag and a sign had been stolen from her porch, Sunday. The woman said a man in an older mini-van had driven past her home a day or two earlier, making obscene gestures and screaming his endorsement of another candidate, and believes the two incidents may be related.

Surprise: An Amsterdam resident turned in a backpack full or prescriptions pills, a quantity of loose pills and paperwork that he’d found in a park, Saturday. The resident said he saw the bag a few days ago and left it, but when no one returned to get it he checked the contents and contacted sheriff’s deputies.

Love triangle: A female who was outraged because another woman was talking to a man she likes showed up with several friends at an Adena residence where the other woman was, demanding to fight, Saturday. A woman who lives in the residence went out to calm things down, but a 44-year-old woman who’d accompanied the younger female to the location allegedly grabbed the resident in a choke hold and pulled her off the porch, allowing the other women to hit her while a man allegedly stood by with a baseball bat.

Steubenville police

Overdosed: A man slumped over and unresponsive at the intersection of North and North Seventh streets told police he’d snorted heroin, Monday. He was taken to Trinity West Medical Center for evaluation.

Overcome: A woman crying uncontrollably at the intersection of Pittsburgh Street and Maryland Avenue told police she’d gotten in an argument with a friend and was told to leave, Tuesday. Police gave the woman and a child with her a ride home.

Arrested: Otis Allen, 43, no fixed address, failure to appear, Sunday.

Arrested: Jason Weese, 37, 3905 Sunset Blvd., domestic violence, Monday.

Cited: Alexander P. Wudarski, 33, 142 Colliers Way, Weirton, possession of drug paraphernalia, Monday.

Arrested: Taylor E. Jordan, 25, 601 Two Ridge Road 1, Wintersville, driving under suspension and failure to appear, Friday.

Harrison County sheriff

Arrested: Derrick Eastlick, 42, 87667 Deeson Road, Scio, aggravated burglary, Friday.

Arrested: Tyler Lee Bailey, 21, 1029 Logan Ave., New Philadelphia, receiving stolen property, Friday.

Toronto police

Arrested: Joshua Fisher, 32, 537 N. Fifth St., Toronto, domestic violence, Saturday.

Arrested: Amber Lane, 30, 537 North St., Toronto, domestic violence, Saturday.
