Arrested: Jennifer Grimes, 31, 917 Washington St., Bergholz, and Kevin Grimes, 38, 324 High St., Amsterdam, Monday. Police said Jennifer Grimes, charged with falsification, criminal damaging, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear, allegedly had a glass meth pipe, a scale with white residue and a bag of a substance believed to be marijuana when she was taken into custody. Kevin Grimes, charged with possessing drugs, allegedly had a coffee cup containing two bags of a white rock-like substance that appeared to be methamphetamine, police said.
Arrested: Darious Robinson, 19, 733 Kendall Ave., Steubenville, bench warrant, Monday.
Arrested: Bobby Lancaster, 53, no fixed address, warrant for domestic violence and public intoxication, Monday.
Arrested: Amanda Marie Rogers, 33, 2623 Cherry Ave., Steubenville, petit theft and criminal trespassing, Monday.
Arrested: Robert Ray Johnson, 39, 535 Linden Ave., Steubenville, violating a protection order, Monday.
Arrested: Herman Pinnel, 44, 908 Market St., Steubenville, falsification, Monday.
Cited: Sarah Reese, 53, 430 Henry Ave. Rear, Steubenville, driving under suspension; Rebecca L. Devore, 50, 180 N. Fourth St., Apt. 612, Steubenville, no operator’s license, failure to yield and display of plates. Devore was cited following a two-car accident Monday on Sunset Boulevard. Both vehicles suffered disabling damage, police said.
Code issues: Notices of violation were mailed to owners of properties at 732 Kendall Ave., garbage; 736 Oakmont Ave., litter and household items; 740 Kendall Ave., vehicle being worked on in street, tires, autoparts and other debris; 1245 Maryland Ave., trash; 625 South St., weeds.
