Police reports
Dog fight: Callers reported a resident in the 800 block of North Sixth Street was involved in a disagreement with his neighbors Friday. The man said the argument was over his dog’s barking habits.
Troubled: A man said to be under the influence was found unconscious on the floor of a residence. Police said the man had difficulty breathing and was sweating profusely. Narcan was administered.
Noted: Vehicles parked in the 1200 block of Claire Avenue, the 300 block of Summit Avenue and the 300 block of Woodlawn Road were marked for potential overtime parking violations.
Fraud: A Reserve Avenue resident received a debit card in her name Friday she hadn’t applied for. The woman said the bank told her someone had filed an unemployment claim in her name.
Arrested: Stephanie A. Kopras, 42, 615 Western Ave., Mingo Junction, was served Friday with a bench warrant. Kopras came on station to be served with the warrant, which had been issued for failure to appear on a drug paraphernalia charge.
Arrested: Amy Bartholomew, 38, 937 Broadway Blvd., Steubenville, served Friday with a bench warrant for failure to appear. A warrant for Bartholomew’s arrest was issued after she missed a hearing on a driving under suspension charge. She also was charged with falsification after she allegedly gave police a fictitious name.
Arrested: Randy Otis, 28, 732 North Sixth St., Steubenville, served with a warrant charging him with failure to appear Friday.
Cited: Katherine Diserio, 31, 719 Market St., Apt. C, Steubenville, defective equipment, a spider crack allegedly extended across her windshield.
