Christmas in Toronto

Organized by the volunteer group Focus in Toronto, hundreds lined Fourth Street from Myers to Main streets on Saturday for the city’s annual Christmas parade. The event include a variety of units, including local marching bands, dance and gymnastics groups, police and fire departments and others. At right, the Stratton Village Fire Department brought modern equipment to the parade along with this classic fire truck. At far right, Jessica Chipps, 4, of Toronto had her plastic bag ready for the candy haul. — Michael D. McElwain
