Residents and visitors enjoyed the steel drum sound of Steel Cassa at a free concert Wednesday at Toronto’s Gazebo Commons area that also featured country and other music performed by Tammy Spicer. The concert was the first in a series to be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. each Wednesday by the Toronto Coalition for Revitalization with support from the Ohio Arts Council and many local businesses.
