Officials with the City of Weirton joined volunteers and representatives of A Child’s Place CASA, Tuesday morning, in placing blue pinwheels in front of the Weirton Municipal Building and the Mary H. Weir Public Library. The pinwheels were installed throughout Hancock and Brooke counties as part of local observances of Child Abuse Prevention Month.
