WEIRTON – A boil order has been issued for the area of Country Club Estates in Weirton.

According to the Weirton Area Water Board, a repair was performed on a water line on Sharon Drive at approximately 9:15 a.m. today. The resulting boil order is in effect for all customers on Country Club Estates, including Country Club Boulevard, Sharon Drive, Woodview, Danby Court, Sherry Court, Terry Court, Judi Drive, Roselawn Drive, Fairway Hill, Lisa Court, St. James Gate, Creekside Estates, Princess Drive and any others in the area experiencing low or no water pressure.

Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, bathing, and food preparation until further notice.
