Prior to Monday’s meeting of Weirton Council, officials with the City of Weirton held a private reception to recognize the service of Mayor Harold “Bubba” Miller and five outgoing members of city council. Attending were, from left, Assistant City Manager DeeAnn Pulliam, Councilmembers Flora Perrone, Enzo Fracasso, Terry Weigel, and Fred Marsh, Miller, and City Manager Mike Adams.
