The Top of West Virginia Arts Council welcomed guests to the Summit Art Gallery, at 243 Three Springs Drive, Suite 1, Thursday, for the opening reception of the new exhibit “Something Old, Something New, Something Blue.” The exhibit includes pieces from Arts Council members Joyce Beatty, James Clum, Garen DiBartolomeo, Shane Howland, Dennis Jones, Gina Judy, Mary “Sis” Keenan, Diane Kessler, Dave Leppar, Evertt Metz, Jaci Rice, Savannah Schroll Guz, Georgia Tambasis, Robert Watson, and Nancy Wright, and will be available for viewing through March 1. — Craig Howell
