Voting open for Peep contest
WELLSBURG — Online voting has opened for Brooke High School’s Peep Show, a contest in which students are invited to create scenes from movies, books, sports and other sources using candy Peeps.
Those interested in viewing the entries and casting a vote for their favorite may do so by visiting https://www.tallyspace.com/67ee9b914c0of.
The deadline for votes is 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Winner of the Peep-le’s Choice Award and others chosen by a guest judge will be announced later this week.
‘Beetlejuice Junior’ to be staged
TORONTO — Toronto High School will present its spring musical, “Beetlejuice Junior,” at 7:30 p.m. April 11 and 12 and at 5:30 p.m. April 13 at the school.
Tickets are $7 for students and senior citizens and $10 for all other adults and may be purchased between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. at the school or at the door.
Brooke High to present ‘Sister Act Jr.’
FOLLANSBEE — Brooke High School will present its spring musical, “Sister Act Jr.,” at 6:30 p.m. April 10, 11 and 12 at the Richard W. Taylor Auditorium.
Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased online at https://events.hometownticketing.com or at the door.
