Pupils, teachers, and staff of Weirton Elementary School, along with their families and other guests took part in the school’s annual color run Friday evening, splashing each other with colored powder as they walked through five stations set up around the school’s parking area. Proceeds from Friday’s event will help to support costs associated with Clara, the school’s therapy dog, who was brought to Weirton in November through the Friends with Paws program.
