Betty M. Muscato, 62, of Cassadaga, NY, passed away on October 26, 2018, at home surrounded by her family after a hard fought battle against cancer.
Betty was born August 14, 1956, in Steubenville, Ohio to Deanna (Gombar) Glover and the late Calvin Glover.
She married Philip Muscato on December 3, 1983.
Betty enjoyed spending time with her family and cherished her grandchildren. She had a caring spirit and often cared for those in need. Even when her time on Earth was ending she was still giving. Her final gift was to donate her body to cancer research in hopes of finding a cure. She might not have been able to save herself, but maybe one day she can help save someone else.
Betty was preceded in death by her father, Calvin Glover, and grandmother Betty (Faccinto) Polvino. She is survived by her husband Philip, children, Misty (Tony) Graham of Bryan, OH and James (Kim) Muscato of Brocton, NY. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Austin, Aric, and Aidan Graham, and Mackenzie, Mason, Mary and baby Muscato arriving in November.
Since Betty has gifted her body to the University of Buffalo, there will be no memorial service at this time. A celebration of life will be planned in the summer.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the animal shelter of your choice.
