Paul Speaker

Paul H. Speaker, 54, of Steubenville, OH, died early Monday morning, Oct. 29, 2018 as a result of a house fire.

Paul was born Dec. 2, 1963 in Steubenville, son of late Mary Ann (Sims) Speaker and William Speaker who survives.

He was currently employed at Wheeling Nisshin Corp. in Follansbee working in the Quality Control Lab.

Paul was a retired Board ember and one of the Founding Fathers of the Motorcyclist Memorial Foundation in Hopedale, OH. He was a member of the Ohio ABATE Region 1 and a retired WV ABATE member.

Paul leaves behind his ife, Kim (Price) Speaker whom he married April 20, 2010; his father, William ‘Bill’ ‘Big Speaks’ (Clarissa) Speaker of Steubenville; step children, Wes Thomas, Hanna (Jeff) Wilson and Mason Larkins all of Toronto, OH; step grandchildren, Blake and Kyla Wilson of Toronto; brother, Bill ‘Speaks’ (Regina) Speaker of Bloomingdale, OH; nephews, Billy Speaker of Steubenville and Josh Speaker of Bloomingdale; niece, Bobijo (Brandon) Penque of NV; sister-in-law, Sally Speaker of Steubenville; great niece and nephews, Freya and Tuck Penque of NV.

Family and friends will be received Friday, Nov. 2 from 2-4 to 6-8 p.m. at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. His funeral service will be held Friday evening at 8 p.m. with Clarissa Speaker and Kenny Kourim officiating. A gathering will follow the service at Friendly’s Tavern on St. Rt. 213 in Pleasant Hill following his service.
