Steven Sacker
Steven “Nick” Sacker, 65, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Valley Hospice North in Steubenville, OH.
Born on April 25, 1953 Steubenville, OH a son of the late Hank and Chappy Orsini. He is also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Brandi Jo Pucci.
Nick graduated from Brooke High School Class of 1971 and later worked at Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel as an Assistant Roller for 38 years. He was Catholic by faith.
Nick is survived by his wife of 46 years Maggie (Rohal) Sacker at home, three children; Jodi Pucci of Orlando, FL., Stephen Sacker and his companion Betty Henry of Follansbee, WV., and Kelly Sacker of Follansbee, WV., one brother; Mel (LouAnn) Sacker of Mustang, OK., two sisters in law; Melany (John) Soldano and Susie (Matt) Froehlich, six grandchildren; Amanda, Nicolas, Kavan, Braiden, Keyerah, and Eli, three nieces; Erin, Ashley, Sabrina and all of his furry companions.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 from 2-8 p.m., at the Mullenbach Funeral Home 669 Main St. Follansbee, WV 26037 and again on Wednesday April 17, from 10 a.m., until the time of funeral services at 11 a.m., with Pastors Holly Faulkner and Kendon Alexander officiating.
Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
