John Paul “Yetti” Nolan, 39, of Mingo Junction, OH died of an unexpected heart attack on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at Trinity West of Steubenville, OH.
Born on September 30, 1979 in Wheeling, WV, a son of the late Jerry Lee Nolan on May 23, 2019 and Susan (Long) Nolan of Follansbee, WV.
He graduated from Buckeye Local High School. He was Catholic by faith. John Paul worked for Davey Tree Service as a foreman. He played football overseas in Copenhagen, Denmark and he also had a love for hunting and fishing with his father and daughters.
In addition to his mother, John is survived by his soulmate, Kirsten Teramana at home; two daughters, Angelina and Mia Nolan of Mingo Junction, OH; a brother, James Nolan of Cincinnatti, OH; a sister, Kathleen (Jim) Scurti of Weirton, WV; one grandmother, Jean Forsythe of Wellsburg, WV; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 21, 2019 from 2-7 p.m. at Mullenbach Funeral Home, 669 Main St., Follansbee, WV, and again on Saturday, June 22 from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. with Pastor Mike Camden officiating.
Inurnment will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
