CECILIA PETROSKEY
Cecilia Anne Petroskey, 79, of Mingo Jct., OH passed away peacefully on June 16, 2023 at home surrounded by family and friends. Cecilia was born on April 28, 1944 to the late Marion G. and Anne G. (Freund) Maul.
She is also preceded in death by brother, Michael Maul. Cecilia was driven from birth, she was an avid quilter, gardener, cook, baker and traveler. She was a senior clinical consultant for IU Health.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, David L. Petroskey of 58 years; two daughters, Renee (Jim Davis) Petroskey of East Springfield, Ohio, and Michele (David) Hock of Gilbert, Arizona; and one grandson, Christopher Petroskey of Mingo Jct.; one brother, Marion (Joyce) Maul of Mingo Jct.; and two sisters, Frances (Ralph) Helwig and Mary (Jim) Patrick both of The Villages, Florida.
Friends will be received at Schuetz Funeral Home, 235 Clifton Ave. Mingo Jct., on Wednesday, June 21st from 4-8 p.m. and again on June 22, at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 204 St. Clair Ave., Mingo Jct. on Thursday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Funeral Liturgy with Mass with Rev. Fr. James M. Dunfee, celebrant. Burial to follow at Oakland Cemetery.
There will be a Vigil service on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
