Judy also leaves behind the staff and residents of Assisted Living Ministries in East Liverpool, OH, where she resided for the last 9.5 months. They all became a part of her extended family.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 21 from 10 a.m. to noon at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. Her funeral service will follow at Noon with Rev. Kevin Rinkes. Judy’s wishes were to be cremated; therefore, there will be no graveside service. www.jefosterfh.com.
