MARY SOBOLEWSKI

She was born May 23, 1950, in Steubenville, a daughter of the late John and Hattie (Humienny) Sobolewski. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Frank, Joseph and Stanley Patrick Sobolewski, and her sister, Regina Polinski.

Surviving are her daughters, Elizabeth (Jason) Chung of Tampa, FL, and Diane (Adrian) Vargo of Cranberry, PA; grandchildren, Emerson, Gabriel, and Alexander Chung; brothers, John and Michael Sobolewski; sisters-in-law, Barbara, Tracey, and Harriett Sobolewski; brother- in-law, William Polinski; and many nieces and nephews.

A woman of faith, Mary Ann lived a life grounded in love, humility, and service to her family. Her Catholic faith remained her foundation and comfort.

Visitation will be Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of services at 12 p.m. at Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Cremated remains will be interred privately at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.

The family extends sincere thanks to Sunnyslope Care Center and her previous facility, Carriage Inn of Steubenville, for their care and compassion.
