MARTHA ALLOGGIA
Martha Ann Alloggia, 92, of Hopedale, Ohio passed away on November 10, 2025 at Gables Care Center. Martha was born on September 5, 1933 in Steubenville, Ohio the daughter of the late William & Goldie Rairigh Kerr.
Martha spent many years as a legal secretary for Mele Vukelic before going on to work as the Clerk of Courts for the City of Steubenville during Mele’s tenure. Martha was a member of the International Order of Kings Daughters & Sons Laura E. McGowen Circle, a member of the Steubenville Women’s Club where she held various positions and a Presbyterian by faith.
Preceding Martha in death were her husband Fred Alloggia and daughter Cynthia (late John) Vitek.
Martha is survived by her daughter Tina Cook (late Edward), grandchildren Kristina (Scott) Neumore and Ryan (Sara) Vitek, special cousins Martha Ann (late Pete) Olivito & Pam (Flip) Granatir, several great-grand children and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Private services for the family & friends held at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio.
