Weir High Class of 1951 will

hold meeting Wednesday

WEIRTON - The Weir High School Class of 1951 will hold a reunion meeting at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Three Springs Drive Eat'n Park.

All classmates are invited to attend.

St. Joseph School holding registration

WEIRTON - St. Joseph the Worker School will hold registration all week for students in 3-year-old pre-school through eighth grade.

Parents and guardians of all new students will need a state-certified birth certificate, up-to-date shot records and a $40 registration fee. For information, contact the school office at (304) 723-1970.

Shopping supports association

WEIRTON - Weirton Baseball Association supporters who also have Kroger discount cards can support the association through Kroger's community rewards program by registering their cards online at and choosing the baseball association as the beneficiary. A percentage of what supporters purchase will be donated to the association.
