Theft: Vehicle entered at Trinity Medical Center West and ring and wallet taken, Tuesday.

Arrested: James W. Linn, 40, 1411 Oak Grove Ave., bench warrant out of municipal court, obstructing official business, Tuesday.

Cited: Patrick E. McGraw, 26, 214 Ritchie Ave., Weirton, defective exhaust and no operator's license.

Arrested: Allison George, 30, 1617 Moreland Drive, two bench warrants out of municipal court, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug abuse instrument, Tuesday.

Arrested: Patricia Frazier, 23, 516 Maxwell Ave., petit theft and contempt of court warrant out of Belmont County, Tuesday.

Cited: Nicholas R. Garber, 24, Waynesburg, Pa., failure to control.

Theft: House entered in the 1000 block of Two Ridge Road, Wintersville, and copper wiring taken, Monday.

Break-in: Brierwood Bar, Old State Route 7, Pottery Addition, broken into Monday and liquor and other drinks taken. Food from the freezer thrown on floor and refrigerators and freezer doors left open.


Arrested: Jerry Lee Miller, 53, 1157 Main St., Follansbee, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and possesion of marijuana, Saturday.

Arrested: Samuel Anthony Pellegrino, 52, 512 Frederick St., Follansbee, driving under the influence, Sunday.


Arrested: Cameron McCants, 3443 Elm St., Weirton, public intoxication and obstructing an officer, Monday.

Arrested: Kenneth Wayne Staats II, 3419 Zeta St., Weirton, counterfeiting, state warrant alleges he passed counterfeit bills at a gas station, Friday.

Arrested: Michael Alan Freeland, 200 Paul Ave., Weirton, warrant out of Hancock County for battery, Jan. 30.

Arrested: Jana Lee Morehead, 3155 1/2 Orchard St., Weirton, driving with a suspended license, Jan. 30.

Arrested: Melissa Dawn Sousa, 137 Church St., Weirton, possession of marijuana, Jan. 29.

Arrested: Chad Damon Stackhouse, 3506 Elm St., Weirton, second offense domestic battery and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested after disturbance at Weirton Medical Center, Jan. 28.

Theft: Gumby's, 4052 Washington St., Weirton, reported receiving a counterfeit $20 bill, Friday.
