April 3

Anthony Gropelli, Bridgeville, Pa., pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months unsupervised probation. Fined $250 and assessed court costs. Speeding citation dismissed at prosecutor's request. Charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed. Court costs paid in full. No violations noted during probationary period.

Jana Morehead, Weirton, charge of domestic battery dismissed. Court costs paid in full. No violations noted during probationary period.

Raymond T. Littleton, Weirton, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months unsupervised probation. Fined $500 and assessed court costs and probation fees. Pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license (administrative). Fined $100 and assessed court costs.

Jennifer Secosky, Weirton, charge of false reporting dismissed upon successful completion of six-month diversion program.
