Cited: Eric E. Bee, 31, Apartment B , 205 Rockdale Road, Follansbee, speeding and no proof of insurance; Alkaly Soumah, 20, Potomac, Mich., underage consumption; and Joshua B. Aracich, 22, 551 Bradys Ridge Road, Wellsburg, no proof of insurance.

Theft: A bag of golf clubs was taken from the back porch of a home on Golden Oaks Drive on Hooverson Heights between 1 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. Sunday.

Theft: A garage and shed at a residence on Boyd Road in Colliers was broken into and two push mowers, two weed eaters, three chain saws, a hydraulic floor jack, metal cabinet, two acoustic guitars and other items, mostly tools, were taken. The theft was reported Saturday.

Theft: Two dozer rollers, each weighing about 125 pounds, were taken from property on Morton Hill Road in Colliers. A tarp on them was removed and tracks left where they were rolled away. The theft was reported Friday.

Theft: A crossbow and jewelry box were taken from a home on Roseland Avenue on Hooverson Heights Thursday.
