Trinity group raises money for Haiti

November 3, 2013
Weirton Daily Times
Members of the Trinity Health System Mission/Standards Team recently organized a fundraising effort to support the Haiti drinking water project. Members asked Trinity employees to donate money toward the installation of portable drinking water filters. More than 90 percent of the drinking water in Haiti is contaminated, and a portable unit can be installed for $50. Trinity Employees donated more than $6,000 through this effort. On hand were, front, from left, Amanda Plunkett, Toni Price, Tina Rawson, Sarah Slates, Judy Hanlin and Sister Nancy Ferguson; and back, Mary Beth Zook, Anna Haire-Farr, Mike Blosco and Charlene Kessel. — Contributed
