Creek girls remain undefeated

CALCUTTA — The Indian Creek girls basketball team improved to 5-0 this season with a 60-50 victory on Monday at Beaver Local.

Kylie Kiger and Taylor Jones led the Redskins with 16 points apiece. Kacie Vandeborne chipped in eight, while Mackenzie Orban added seven.

Indian Creek travels to Oak Glen on Thursday.

WELLSBURG — The Wheeling Park girls basketball team ripped Brooke, 82-25, on Monday.

Hope Bowman led the Bruins (1-2) with 18 points. Brittany Burch had four points, while Emilee Knorr added two.

Brooke hosts Steubenville on Wednesday.
