WEIRTON – The Weirton Area Water Board has issued a boil order for Patterson Road, Hindman Lane and Leech Street following maintenance on a water line in the area.
Crews have been on Patterson Road this morning, working on a water line, according to a notice from the Water Board. In addition to Patterson Road, Hindman Lane and Leech Street, the order affects any other water customer in the area experiencing low or no water pressure.
Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, bathing, and food preparation until further notice.
An additional notice will be released once the order is lifted.
