New Cumberland has announced the Yard of the Month winner for April. The winning yard belongs to Esther and Greg Tinz, who reside on Second Avenue. Mayor Will White presented the award and a check along with the yard of the month sign. The sign will remain in their yard until the May winner is seclected.
