WEIRTON – Traffic will be temporarily closed on Weir Avenue Saturday as part of a water line repair project.
The Weirton Area Water Board reports crews will be on scene, beginning at 8 a.m., for a water line repair on Weir Avenue between Baker Street and Kessel Street.
As a result, all traffic will be closed on Weir Avenue from South 11th Street to Pennsylvania Avenue until the project is completed. A boil order will be issued following the work for Weir Avenue and all connecting streets.
