Mrs. Rhodendron Festival Queen MyLinda Kimball, a Hancock County resident, traveled to Charleston to attend the 2019 W.Va. Association of Fairs and Festival Convention and Queen's Pageant held Jan. 10-12 at the Charleston Civic Center. WVAFF is a nonprofit organization serving more than 200 fairs and festival members and associates throughout West Virginia. Kimball attended the trade show and queen's pageant, where more than 80 young women representing their W.Va. fairs and festivals competed. She resides in New Cumberland with her husband, Russell "Blaine" Kimball Jr.
