CADIZ WOMEN'S GOLF LEAGUE

The Cadiz Women's Golf League played a "Subtract Your Putts" game on May 30.

Winners announced by hostesses Carol Lepic and Kathy Smith were A flight, Lori DeFallo; B flight, Carol Lepic; and C flight, Kathy Smith. The "Putt Pot" was split four ways between Nep Rowland, Kathy Newburn, Tracy Amos and Bonnie Beetham, all with 30 putts.

Birdies were made by Kathy Newburn and Lori DeFallo on hole No. 3. Chip-ins were made by Janis Cook on hole No. 12; Marilyn Kenny on hole No. 18; Kathy Newburn on hole No. 4; Lori DeFallo on hole No. 3; Roberta Cireddu on hole No. 16; Nep Rowland on hole No. 13; and Peg Buchanan on holes No. 7 and 9.

Hostesses for Wednesday will be Kathy Newburn and Lori DeFallo. The game will be "N.O.S.E.," scoring on holes that begin with those letters. Members are reminded that tee time will be 9 a.m.

SPRING HILLS

Spring Hills Thursday evening golf league played the first week of the handicap tournament with the following winners:

Tammy Cox was the 50-50 winner.

The chip-in winner was Debbie Phillippi.

Low putts winner with 15 was Debbie Phillippi.

TOWN AND COUNTRY

Town and Country Golf had medal play on May 23. Winners were: A flight, Wanda Retzer; B flight, Lattee Chinakarn; and C flight, Sondra Hyde.

WOODVIEW

Results of 18-hole Thursday morning Woodview Golf League play on May 23 have been announced.

First flight low gross was Mischal Hawthorne with a 73, and second-place first flight low gross was Barb Lovaglio. Second flight low net was Patty Filak, second-place low net second flight was Erin Ankrum.

Proximities were won by Cathy Ralson, hole No. 14 closet to the pin; Janice Torrance, closest to the pin in two on hole No. 17; longest putt, hole No. 4, Mischal Hawthorne; and low putts were Barb Lovaglio, Patty Filak and Dotty Virture with 30. Mischal Hawthorne had a birdie on hole No. 18, and chip ins were had by Cathy Ralson, hole No. 10; Patty Filak, hole No. 13; and Peggy Freshwater, hole No. 1

In nine-hole Monday night league play on May 27, Erin Ankrum was the game winner. Second place was Donna Burch, and third place was Peggy Freshwater. The skill prize for the evening was won byErin Ankrum. Debbie Provenzano won the 50-50 drawing.
