Library offering Chapter-A-Day STEUBENVILLE –– The Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County has begun a Chapter-A-Day initiative to get more people involved in reading, as well as to get people who used to read back into the habit of picking up a book. The program is available to anyone who wants to rediscover the joy of reading through this new, free e-mail service. Everyday, Chapter-A-Day will send a five-minute portion of a chapter from a book through e-mail.
