Reading program to begin

STEUBENVILLE — “Overdue” it during the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County’s Winter Reading Program. The event will take place from Jan. 12 to March 31. All ages are welcome to participate, according to officials, who said the purpose of the program is set and meet reading goals to win prizes.
