Steubenville Police Happy feet: A caller reported seeing a man “dancing in the roadway” in the 1000 block of Labelle Avenue, Sunday. Police located him, still dancing, and gave him a ride home. Behavioral issues: A city resident said her juvenile son is unruly and leaves his room when he’s grounded “and, overall, rarely listens to her,” Sunday. Steubenville Police Helping herself: A Maxwell Avenue resident said he woke up to discover a woman “standing next to his bed,” Saturday. He said he told her to leave and she did, but within minutes he began getting notifications that purchases were being made at a nearby business with his Venmo account and he also discovered cash missing from his wallet.
