Allen Wayne Conley, 79, of Weirton, WV passed away August 4, 2024, at Weirton Medical Center. He was born April 26, 1945, in New Martinsville, WV to the late Kenneth E. and Flossie Leasure Conley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Junior and Gary Conley and his sister Elinda Conley. She was born December 8, 1947 in Steubenville, Ohio daughter of the late Linwood and Elsie (Strupe) Zook. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Pittman and a sister, Marcie Eiler.
