WEIRTON — The Mary H. Weir Public Library will begin offering services to the public, as part of a phased-approach to reopening. Limited services will relaunch Monday, according to Library Director Rik Rekowski, who spoke via teleconference during this week’s meeting of Weirton Council. “We are going to provide services by appointment only,” Rekowski said.
