NEW MANCHESTER — William and Lois Robb celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary at home with family Dec. 15.

The couple was married Dec. 23, 1954, by the Rev. Alan Fields at the New Cumberland Christian Church Parsonage.

An honorary dinner and cake were given to celebrate their milestone event. An evening of reflection, love and laughter were shared with family.

Bill is a retired foreman from Weirton Steel Corp. Lois is a retired administrative secretary from Hancock County Schools. They enjoy spending time with family, attending great-grandchildrens’ sporting events, dining out, traveling and babysitting their grand-dog, Lucy.

Bill and Lois raised four daughters; Robin Goots (Paul) of Beckley, W.Va., Betsy Kuzio of Cincinnati, Cathy Markowicz (Don) of New Manchester, and Susie Myers (Rick) of New Cumberland.

They have six granddaughters and 11 great grandchildren.
