MINGO JUNCTION — Judith and the late James Keenan of Mingo Junction, announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Kelly Keenan, to Michael Allen Cooper, son of Robert and Melissa Cooper of Coolville, Ohio.

Sarah is a 2015 graduate of Steubenville Catholic Central High School, a 2019 graduate of the Franciscan University of Steubenville with a BS in computer information science. She earned her MBA in 2020. She is a Mac desktop engineer at Ohio University and resides in Athens, Ohio.

Michael is a 2017 graduate of Federal Hocking High School and a 2021 graduate of Ohio University with a BS in computer science. He is employed as a software engineer at Ohio University and resides in Athens.

The couple is planning an October wedding in Athens.
