MINGO JUNCTION — William and Diann Schmitt of Mingo Junction and Todd E. and Jennifer Parker of Bloomingdale, announce the engagement of their son, Todd Christopher Parker, to Domenica Boisvert.

Boisvert is the daughter of Fred and Jen Boisvert of Southeast Florida.

She is a registered nurse for critical care transport.

Her fiancee is the owner and operator of toddyp.photography near Tampa, Fla.

A family celebration of the nuptials will take place in November.
