Rayland river terminal acquired
RAYLAND — A new entity has acquired the Warrenton River Terminal operations in Rayland from a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp.
The new entity, Warrenton River Terminal, LLC, is an affiliate of Robindale Energy Services, Inc and the Pickands Mather Group.
Transfer of ownership was completed Dec. 31.
“We are excited to add the WRT facility to our family of trans-loading terminals on the inland river system as well as the Great Lakes, and look forward to working with the current and expanded future customer base for this facility,” Jud Kroh, president of Warrenton River Terminal, LLC, stated in a press release announcing the acquisition.
All of the current employees of WRT have been maintained, Kroh noted.
