Em-Media captures three Telly Awards

STEUBENVILLE — Steubenville-based marketing and advertising agency Em-Media has captured three Telly Awards for its work with area clients.

The agency won a silver award in the local television — public service announcement category for the spot “Samantha Pearl PSA on Mental Illness” produced for Youth Services System. It also captured silver in the online commercials: furniture, home furnishings and appliances category for “King Basking Testimonial” produced for Hauser’s Furniture.

Em-Media earned a bronze award in the local television — automotive category for the image spot it produced for Tri-State Ford.

Including this year’s honors, the agency has won five bronze awards and four silver awards since 2016. Past winners include spots produced for Eastern Gateway Community College; Mid-East Ohio Regional Council; Gold, Khourey and Turak; Tri-State Medical Group; and the ALIVE Shelter.

This marks the 40th anniversary of the Telly Awards, which honor excellence in video and television across all screens. More than 12,000 entries were judged by leaders from video platforms, television, streaming networks and production companies, including Vice, Vimeo, Hearst Digital Media, BuzzFeed and A&E Networks.
