Steubenville police

Cited: Christa A. Ward, 29, 1438 Belleview Blvd., Steubenville, failure to control, Saturday. Ward told police her foot slipped off the brake as she was turning, causing her to lose control and strike the ATT Wireless building, 2114 Sunset Boulevard. Police said the building sustained heavy damage.

Cited: Antonia Miller, 27, 408 N. Zane Highway, Apt. C, Martins Ferry, squealing tires; Troy A. McNeil, 37, 145 Teresa Dr., expired plates; Ivy Rose Kurucz, 20, 155 County Road 2, Rayland, driving under suspension.

Arrested: Nancy J. Kelley, 40, 740 N. Sixth St., Steubenville, possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia, Saturday. Kelley allegedly had a glass piple and a metal pipe with burned residue in her possession when she was taken into custody, police said.

Arrested: Timothy Taylor, 35, 1069 Wilson Ave., Steubenville, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs and criminal trespass, Saturday. Taylor allegedly had a glass crack pipe in his possession and a substance believed to be cocaine base was discovered in the toilet when he was taken into custody in the restroom of a restaurant downtown, police said.

Arrested: Jeffrey Elliott, 33, 1427 Coss Road, Wellsburg, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, Sunday.

Arrested: Aaron Loveless, 36, 1100 Lincoln Ave., Steubenville, disorderly conduct and public intoxication, Sunday.

Thefts: Resident in the 1100 block of Park Street told police a known subject has been stealing electronics from the home, Saturday. Items allegedly taken include an Xbox One, various Xbox games, a fire stick and a television.

Struck: Vehicle parked in the 1000 block of McKinley damaged by a hit-skip vehicle, Saturday.

Cited: Michael Fletcher, 56, Cadiz, driving with suspended license.

Arrested: Gus P. Demos, 37, Wheeling, failure to appear warrant out of Belmont County, Sunday.

Jefferson County sheriff

Arrested: Brandon Woodring, 24, 440 N. Zane Highway, Martins Ferry, violating a protection order, Friday.

Arrested: Patrick S. Blair, 26, 474 township Road 245, Toronto, possession of drug paraphernalia and domestic violence, Sunday. Blair also was charged by the Ohio State Highway Patrol with operating a vehicle while under the influence.
