Cited: Amy M. Bartholomew, 37, 937 Broadway Blvd., driving with a suspended license and expired plates.
Arrested: Shawn Gill, 50, Apartment 505, 180 N. Fourth St., failure to appear warrant out of municipal court, Monday.
Prisoner transport: Officers were called to transport a city prisoner at the county jail after the man reportedly swallowed a pen. The man was brought back to the jail after being treated at Trinity Medical Center West, Monday.
Theft: House entered in the 400 block of South Fourth Street between Monday and Tuesday while resident inside was sleeping. A bag of clothing, TV and handgun were taken. The resident reported both the front and rear doors were open when he awoke.
