Arrested: Misty Boyer, 40, 8029 Germano Road SE, Amsterdam, petit theft, Sunday. Boyer allegedly tried to leave Walmart with candy and hygiene items valued at just over $118, police said.
Arrested: Antonio Taylor, 35, 315 Hill Ave., Steubenville possession of drugs, Sunday. Taylor also was cited for misdemeanor possession of marijuana and driving under suspension.
Arrested: Montyel Barnes, 37, 418 Union Ave., Steubenville, bench warrant from Belmont County for failure to appear on a drug trafficking charge, Monday.

Vandalized: A resident of Cedar Road, Richmond, reported finding two vehicles had been egged, Monday.
Dumped: Owner of a business in the 2500 block of Commercial Avenue, Mingo Junction, reported finding someone's trash in his dumpster, Monday. Letters with the names of several people were recovered from the trash.
