Arrested: Mark A. Galiano Jr., 21, 154 Putney Ridge Road, Colliers, driving while license revoked for driving under the influence, Thursday.
Arrested: Brian M.McCullough, 33, 209 Carlton Place, Follansbee, driving under the influence and driving while suspended (administrative), Friday.
Steubenville police
Thief: Someone removed a catalytic converter from a PALS (Physical Activity and Life Skills) bus Monday while it was parked in the 2000 block of Cherry Avenue.
Cited: Carla J. Bigler, 55, 406 North Sixth St., Apt. 1, Steubenville, failure to stop for a school bus. A Columbiana County Head Start driver showed police video footage showing his lights on and functioning while children disembarked when a passenger vehicle proceeded to pass his bus. Police said when they tracked the vehicle's license plate, the owner told them she'd waited for a time but a family member was going to be late for work so she had to leave.
