The owners and employees of B4 were joined Sept. 29 by representatives of the Weirton Area Chamber of Commerce and other guests to celebrate the grand opening of the new restaurant and bar. B4, which stands for Basement, Burgers, Bourbon and Brews, is located at 1801 Pennsylvania Ave., Weirton, featuring a menu with more than a dozen specialty burgers, as well as hot dogs and sides.
