Steubenville Police
Booked in: Steven Miller, 67, 2008 Fairmont Drive, petit theft and trespassing, Wednesday.
Theft: Two houses in the 1200 block of Oregon Avenue were found to have been broken into and copper pipes taken from them.
Accident: A vehicle veered from University Boulevard into the lot of the Franciscan University of Steubenville's friary Wednesday afternoon. Its driver was found to be suffering from a medical emergency and was transported to Trinity Medical Center West. Police said there was no damage to the vehicle and damage to the property was limited to the yard's surface.
Theft: A vehicle was reported broken into while parked in the 400 block of South Sixth Street and a bag containing multiple pairs of shoes taken from it sometime between Tuesday night and Wednesday afternoon. Access was gained by shattering the driver's side window.
