Ashely Guiller, 40, 116 Beverly Ave., Weirton, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug instrument, Feb. 8, arrested during follow up on reported drug activity.

William Glen Littleton, 59, 109 Emma Way, Weirton, open container, Feb. 9, arrested by patrol officer in the 3500 block of Main Street.

John James Thompson IV, 30, no fixed address, destruction of property, trespassing, Feb. 12, no additional information provided.

Kayleigh R. Matthews, 40, 811 Route 36, Bloomingdale, DWLS-DUI, Sunday, arrested following a traffic stop.

Douglas B. Allen, 51, 114 Dominic Drive, Weirton, DUI, Monday, arrested following a traffic stop at BFS on Freedom Way.

Christopher Dale Irwin, 49, 1128E National Pike, Apt. 2, Washington, Pa., obstructing an officer, Monday, police called for reports of a man attempting to get into vehicles at Weirton Medical Center. Subject fled into a wooded area, and failed to follow orders to stop.

Ralph R. Huggins, 46, 501 North Wabash St., Wheeling, possession of a controlled substance, Monday, arrested following a traffic stop.

Justin Robert Bartley, 28, 200 S. 17th St., Weirton, destruction of property, capias, Tuesday, officer on patrol encountered subject at a fire scene. Upon investigation, subject was found to have one warrant and one capias. Taken to Northern Regional Jail. Unable to make bond.

Zachary McDaniel, 41, 315 Center St., Weirton, possession of cocaine, Wednesday, officers responded to report of possible house burglar, locating subject on porch of property and taking into custody.

Brian Meyers, 44, 44 Coulter Estates, Burgettstown, possession of meth, possession of drug abuse instrument, Thursday, responded to vehicle parked at Sheetz following report of drug use in the vehicle. Subject arrested following search of vehicle.

Ciera Kyler, 33, 429 Cove Road, Weirton, possession of fentanyl, possession of drug abuse instrument, Thursday, responded to vehicle parked at Sheetz following report of drug use in the vehicle. Subject arrested following search of vehicle.

Steubenville Police

Busy: A Hopedale couple was taken into custody on aggravated burglary charges, Tuesday.

Kenneth E. Shepard, 38, and Stacey Shepard, 23, both of 87674 Sinfield Road, are each being held without bond pending a denial of bond hearing at 1:15 p.m. today in Municipal Court. The Shepards are charged together in connection with a Sept. 13 incident in Steubenville in which Kenneth Shepard repaid a debt, then allegedly climbed through an unlocked window at the same residence with his wife because they wanted the money back. Kenneth Shepard allegedly punched the homeowner, and Stacey Shepard allegedly punched the homeowner’s wife in the face and then stole her cell phone and food stamp card before they left.

Stacey Shepard also is charged in connection with a Feb. 6 incident in Steubenville. Shepard allegedly entered a Main Street residence and dragged the homeowner out of the house by her hair and punched her with a child present.

The Feb. 6 victim had told police her assailant “made threats to return to the residence if she contacted the police.”
